Bradford W. Bailey, Prosecutor

Prosecutor Bailey is serving his first elected term. Mr. Bailey was born in Kenton, Ohio.  He graduated from Kenton Senior High School and then went on to attend The Ohio State University.  After college, Mr. Bailey came home to Hardin County to attend law school at Ohio Northern University.  He graduated from ONU in 1978 and received his license to practice law in 1979. 

From 1979 to 1989 Mr. Bailey served as an assistant prosecutor and assistant city law director.  Mr. Bailey also served as the attorney for the Child Support Enforcement Agency and the now defunct County Court from 1979 to 1983.  Until Mr. Bailey was elected to office in late 2004, he had engaged for 25 years in a successful private practice that gave him experience in a number of areas, including civil law, domestic relations and criminal defense work.  During this time he was also the solicitor for various villages throughout Hardin County.

Mr. Bailey is active in many Hardin County affairs and activities.  He is proud to serve the community as its elected Prosecuting Attorney and seeks to improve the quality of life in our county.

Colleen Limerick, Assistant Prosecutor

Ms. Limerick is a native of the State of New York.  She attended college at SUNY-Binghamton before coming to Ohio for law school at Ohio Northern University. She graduated from ONU in 1992 and received her license to practice law in 1993.  Ms. Limerick previously practiced in Lima, Ohio as an Assistant City Prosecutor and Assistant Allen County Prosecutor.

Ryan Zerby, Assistant Prosecutor

Mr. Zerby attended The Ohio State University before attending law school at Ohio Northern University.  He graduated from ONU in 1997 and received his license to practice law in 1997.  Mr. Zerby also maintains a private practice where he engages in matters relating to probate, civil law, domestic relations and real estate.

Siobhonne Ward, Assistant Prosecutor

Ms. Ward attended The Ohio State University before attending law school at Ohio Northern University.  She graduated from ONU in 2005 and received her license to practice law in 2005.  Prior to becoming a full-time assistant, Ms. Ward split her time with this office and a private firm where she engaged matters of civil nature in law.

David Holbrook, Investigator

Mr. Holbrook serves as the Investigator for the Prosecutor's Office.  Prior to coming to our office, Mr. Holbrook served as a probation officer for the Hardin County Juvenile Court.  He has also served as a police officer for the Village of Ada and the City of Lima. Mr. Holbrook is a graduate of Lima Technical College's (now Rhodes State Community College) law enforcement course and The Ohio Police Officer Training Academy.  In his capacity as Investigator, Mr. Holbrook serves as a liaison for law enforcement and the prosecutor's office.
